Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days, often sooner.

  • Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing by an additional 1–2 business days. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout.

Important Note: The time frames mentioned above are estimates and do not account for external delays caused by the carrier, customs/service disruptions, or weather. We cannot be held accountable for shipping delays once the order is with the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to be fully updated by the courier.
  • If you have not received this email, please check your spam/trash folders or email us at hello@silahcards.com for support.

Address Responsibility & Failed Deliveries

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout.
  • Due to our automated dispatch system, we are unable to check every individual order address.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a second postage charge if you wish for the parcel to be re-posted.
  • If you request a refund for a returned order, the refund amount will exclude the original postage cost.

Rejected Deliveries

  • If delivery is rejected by the customer (refused at the door), we cannot refund the original shipping cost as this has already been paid to the courier for service.
  • In some cases, we may incur a return fee from the courier for rejected parcels. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Important Information for International Buyers

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

The item price and shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and administrative fees applied by their country.
  • These charges are typically due at the point of or after delivery.
  • If you are unsure of the potential fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Order Changes and Assistance

How can I change my order?

If you need to change your order details (e.g., remove/add products, or change your address), please contact us at hello@silahcards.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make adjustments, but we will do our best to help.

I didn’t receive my package

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Please check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf.
  2. Reach out to your local post office for additional information, as they may be holding it.
  3. If you are still unable to locate your order, kindly contact hello@silahcards.com for further assistance.
